Cancellation policy
Plans change—we get it. Here’s how to cancel an order or subscription quickly and fairly. This policy sits alongside our Orders & Returns and Policies pages and doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1) Cancel your order (48 hours)
You can cancel your purchase within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, we’ll do our best, but cancellations are handled case-by-case.

If the order hasn’t shipped: we’ll cancel and process a refund.

If the order has shipped or is in transit: cancellation isn’t possible—please see Orders & Returns.

We’ll review and reply within 2 business days.
2) Refunds (orders)
If approved within the cancellation window:

Refunds go to your original payment method.

We refund the product price and applicable taxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once a label is created or goods have shipped.

Banks may take extra time to display funds; allow 5–7 business days after approval.
3) Subscriptions (Oasis Club)
You’re in control—pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime before the renewal cut-off ([PLACEHOLDER: 48 hours] before your next charge) from your account portal.

Cancelling applies to future renewals. If you were just charged and the order hasn’t shipped, email us and we’ll try to catch it.

Subscriber perks (e.g., early access, 4th-delivery surprise) may require a minimum number of cycles—see Subscribe & Save details.
4) Special considerations
Some items or services have unique rules (clearly stated at checkout or on the product page):

Digital downloads/eBooks: generally non-refundable once delivered.

Limited drops or made-to-order items: cancellation may be unavailable once production or allocation begins.

Any exceptions will be clearly communicated.
5) Undeliverable or address errors
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, we can:

Re-ship (additional postage may apply), or
-
Refund minus original shipping.
Please double-check your address (unit number, access notes) at checkout.
