Returns & Refunds — 30-Day Guarantee

Welcome to Milenium. We take pride in delivering high-quality, natural food and beverage products. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and friendly.

1) 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email yourmate@milenium.com.au with your order number and a short description.

  • For transit damage, please include photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll confirm eligibility and send you a return authorisation with instructions.

Condition of items

  • Please return items in original packaging and unopened (unless faulty).

  • Keep packaging until your case is resolved—we may need it for the courier claim.

Note: As food/beverage items are perishable, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.

 

2) Seamless Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item (or approve without return).

  • Allow 5–7 business days from approval for processing. Your bank may take extra time to show the funds.

  • Refunds cover the product price and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

3) Easy Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you prefer.

4) What’s Not Eligible

  • Change-of-mind on perishable food/beverage items

  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless faulty)

  • Clearance or final-sale items (faulty goods still covered)

5) Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major problem, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund—please reach out and we’ll help.
