We’re a family business started in 2017 with one simple goal: make a drink that tastes amazing and supports everyday gut well-being.
How it began
While studying biotechnology, I set out to help my brother with his gut comfort. I spent eight months building a careful fermentation method—naturally sparkling, clean flavour, no preservatives. It became a family favourite at every meal. Word spread, and soon the bottles were pouring in multiple states.
From the lab to Australia
After completing my Master’s in Genetics (plant breeding), I focused the brand in one city and challenged myself to start fresh in Australia. It took time to understand local tastes. Two years later, we landed the “Australian recipe”—a light, refreshing range with live cultures, low calories, and no preservatives, naturally carbonated through fermentation.
