Shipping Policy - Your Guide to Seamless Delivery

We aim to make delivery simple and reliable. This page explains how we pack, ship, and track your order in Australia.

 

Where we ship

  • Australia-wide via trusted couriers.

  • Sydney metro has regular delivery windows. Details appear at checkout.

 

Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer—we’ll keep you posted.

 

Delivery timeframes (estimate)

  • Sydney metro: 5 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping over [PLACEHOLDER: $59] (subject to change; see checkout for current threshold).

  • Any applicable shipping fees are shown before you confirm payment.

 

Tracking & notifications

  • We email a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

  • Use the link to follow your delivery in real time.

 

Perishable products & storage

  • Our drinks are perishable. Please refrigerate on arrival and serve chilled.

  • Avoid leaving parcels in direct sun or heat. Open slowly—natural fizz.

 

Address accuracy & delivery issues

  • Please enter a complete and correct address at checkout (including unit number, business name, or access notes).

  • We can’t be responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, email yourmate@milenium.com.au with your order number and we’ll investigate.

 

Authority To Leave (ATL)

  • If you select ATL, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place.

  • Once delivered to the address, risk passes to you. Consider choosing an address where someone can receive the parcel.

 

Undeliverable or returned parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, refused delivery), we’ll contact you to re-ship (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus original shipping.

 

Damaged on arrival

  • If your order arrives damaged or with leakage, email photos within 48 hours plus your order number to yourmate@milenium.com.au.

  • We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund per our Orders & Returns policy.

 

Changes & cancellations

  • Need to update your order? Email us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

  • Once shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
