Sparkling Probiotic Berry Drink

Sparkling Probiotic Berry Drink

Meet the drink

Mixed Berry Oasis blends fresh strawberry, raspberry and blackberry with a light green-tea kombucha base to create natural effervescence and a clean finish—no preservatives. The result is a bright, elegant flavour that pairs easily with meals and moments across your day. (Nutrition varies by flavour and fermentation time; always check the label.)

What’s inside (simple science)

Our kombucha-style fermentation uses a symbiotic culture to transform sweetened tea into a gently sparkling drink with live cultures. Keeping bottles cold helps preserve viability; exact microbes and levels vary by batch, which is normal for fermented foods.

Probiotics—support, not hype

“Probiotics” are live microorganisms that, when consumed in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit. Evidence is strain- and dose-specific, so we use supportive language: fermented drinks like ours may support everyday gut health as part of a balanced diet.

Antioxidants from tea + berries

Green tea carries catechins (polyphenols) with well-described antioxidant activity; berries bring anthocyanins, the pigments behind that deep colour. Together, they contribute compounds that help the body defend against everyday oxidative stress. Individual effects vary by dose and context.

A smarter swap than soft drink

Swapping even one sugar-sweetened soft drink for a low-calorie, fermented option can help reduce daily sugar and kilojoule intake—a practical move aligned with Australian guidance to limit sugary drinks. Water first, always; when you want fizz, choose something lighter.

How I use it (Hugo’s take)

On busy workdays, Mixed Berry Oasis is my afternoon reset: ice-cold, slow open, three breaths, then sip. It replaced soft drink in my routine and helped my digestion feel more settled—a simple habit that fits without effort. On training days, I’ll rotate flavours through the week so I never get palate fatigue. Everyone’s different—start with one swap a day and see how you feel. (Educational only; not medical advice.)

Serve & enjoy

Keep refrigerated. Serve chilled; open slowly (natural sparkle). Pair with a salad bowl, sushi, or a mid-afternoon fruit plate. If you’re tracking intake, check per-100 mL and per-bottle nutrition on the label; values vary with fruit mix and fermentation.

Friendly reminders

Bodies respond differently. Genetics, sleep, training and overall diet shape your experience. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a condition, seek personalised advice. Our language is supportive—think “may help” or “supports,” not cures.
